Week of December 18:
Excavation of the storm water management system
continues. We did run into a little bit of rock this week but fortunately
the contractor was able to jackhammer it out instead of blasting. Of course
the jack hammering brings on additional costs but the costs should be
relatively low. The storm water management pit will be filled in with stone
and pipe during the next week after which the connection to the storm
water system on Delp Road will occur. EG Stoltzfus is planning on
submitting drawings to the township in the next two weeks. This time frame
for submission should enable them to begin construction on the addition
by the end of January.
